Il disegno qui sopra vuole raffigura com'era la zona di Santa Lucia in Venezia quando nel 1831 l'Istituto dei Canossiani ha avuto inizio.

The drawing above depicts what the Santa Lucia area in Venice was like when the Institute of Canossian Sons of Charity began in 1831.





Ora nella stessa zona sorge la centralissima stazione ferroviaria di Venezia – Santa Lucia.

Now in the same area stands the central railway station of Venice - Santa Lucia.




Sul piazzale della stazione è posta una targa che ricorda i nostri inizi.

A plaque commemorating our beginnings is placed on the station square.
